Managing your subscription
Adding your child
Check your inbox to set up your password. Once complete you will be taken to the Parent Hub where you can set up your child.
- Click Add Student
- Fill out your child’s information and click save
- Next select your child from the dropdown and click Activate

- Login to the Parent Hub
- Click Manage subscriptions
- Click purchase another subscription
- Select subscription
- Click Add your student details now
- Fill out your child’s information and click save
- Next select your child from the dropdown and click Activate

Update payment details
- Login to the Parent Hub
- Click on your name in the top navigation bar
- Click My Profile
- Click Add new
- Enter your new payment details and click Add

- Click on your name in the top navigation bar
- Click My Profile
- Click Add new
- Enter your new payment details and click Add
Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps below.
- Login to the Parent Hub
- Click on your name on the top navigation bar
- Click My Profile
- Click Cancel Subscription

- Login to the Parent Hub
- Click Student details
- Click on your child’s name
- Update password
- Click Update Student
